Cheryl is great at helping her clients find just what they are looking for. I recently purchased my first home with Cheryl, and before we even started looking she had me write down my “wish list” for what I was looking for. When we found “the one,” she still had that little piece of paper with my wish list written on it! (I had that little piece of paper saved in my mind, but was impressed and pleased that she had the real one!) After looking at the house, we looked at the list and it had everything that I was looking for!

The property was a short sale, with several offers, so the sale was more complex than most. She established a great relationship with the sellling agent, worked closely with my mortgage broker, and got everything taken care of for me within some very tight deadlines. She presented the keys to me with a lovely bottle of champagne and some other nice housewarming gifts.
